About the Client: Our Client is a respected specialist in the fire protection and life safety sector, delivering compliant engineering and maintenance solutions across commercial and residential properties. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and client service, they support long‑term contracts across London and the South East.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on fire alarm, emergency lighting, and AOV systems.
  • Perform fault finding and complete minor remedial works as required.
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts, offering technical advice when needed.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with British Standards and internal procedures.
  • Maintain tools, testing equipment, and the company van in excellent condition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the service and maintenance of fire safety systems.
  • FIA certification or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of current fire safety legislation and standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence (clean).
