Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong knowledge of Sage 200 to support a busy finance team during a live system implementation. This short-term assignment will focus on troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and helping ensure the system operates effectively for day-to-day finance processes. You will work closely with the finance team to identify problems, provide practical solutions, and optimise the system setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues within the Sage 200 system
  • Support the implementation and configuration process
  • Identify system and process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Assist the finance team with system-related queries
  • Ensure data accuracy and smooth finance operations during implementation
  • Work independently to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Essential Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Sage 200 (essential)
  • Finance or accounting background
  • Previous experience supporting or implementing finance systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

Desirable

  • Previous experience working on finance system implementation or migration projects
  • Comfortable working within a small team environment
