As a Finance Operations Associate, you'll support the day‑to‑day running of the finance function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with the wider finance team, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting reporting routines, and keeping core finance systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Bank transaction processing and supporting issue resolution
  • Weekly and period‑end reconciliations of key accounts
  • Maintenance and administration of the Time & Materials (timesheet) system
  • Monitoring transaction accuracy within finance and timesheet systems
  • Processing and reconciliation of business pass‑through charges
  • Credit card expense reconciliation (e.g. Expensify or similar tools)
  • Supporting month‑end and quarter‑end routines
  • Assisting with internal and external audit requests
  • Producing standard finance reports from multiple systems
  • Willingness to support ad‑hoc tasks and provide cover for team members during holidays or absence

Key Skills & Experience

  • Practical and organised approach to finance operations
  • Experience or exposure to transaction processing, reconciliations, and systems administration
  • Familiarity with finance software and timesheet systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor transaction accuracy
