As a Finance Operations Associate, you'll support the day‑to‑day running of the finance function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with the wider finance team, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting reporting routines, and keeping core finance systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Transaction processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank transaction processing and supporting issue resolution
- Weekly and period‑end reconciliations of key accounts
- Maintenance and administration of the Time & Materials (timesheet) system
- Monitoring transaction accuracy within finance and timesheet systems
- Processing and reconciliation of business pass‑through charges
- Credit card expense reconciliation (e.g. Expensify or similar tools)
- Supporting month‑end and quarter‑end routines
- Assisting with internal and external audit requests
- Producing standard finance reports from multiple systems
- Willingness to support ad‑hoc tasks and provide cover for team members during holidays or absence
- Practical and organised approach to finance operations
- Experience or exposure to transaction processing, reconciliations, and systems administration
- Familiarity with finance software and timesheet systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor transaction accuracy
- Capability to support month‑end and quarter‑end routines and audit requests
