A growing, ambitious consultancy firm in the city is recruiting a commercially minded Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in a broad and busy role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts for a large entity.
  • Perform bank, balance sheet and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post month-end journals and assist with trial balances and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
  • Provide ad-hoc finance support to the Finance Director.

Key Qualifications

  • Actively studying towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification, preferably at finalist level.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, motivated, with good time-management skills and a proven team player who can analyse problems and suggest solutions.
