Responsibilities
- Supporting weekly payroll processes and subcontractor payments
- Managing invoice processing, including approximately 50 subcontractor invoices weekly
- Assisting with purchase ledger tasks, subcontractor ledger administration, and retentions specific to the construction sector
- Collecting and submitting subcontractor timesheets
- Contributing to general finance operations
Suitable candidate
- Previous experience in finance, accounts, or payroll administration
- Comfortable working with volume and handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage or construction-specific software is advantageous but not required
- Reliable, steady, and able to consistently meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
