About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a full time Night Shift Cleaner for our client based in Darlington, this is a temp to perm opportunity offering an immediate start. Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically intensive environment. You will contribute to maintaining high standards across the site while working with colleagues who take pride in creating a supportive and engaging working environment. All job offers will be subject to passing a DBS check.

Duties:

  • Carry out cleaning and waste management tasks efficiently within a warehouse environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across welfare areas (e.g. washrooms, break rooms, canteen), social spaces (e.g. offices, reception, locker rooms), and production areas.
  • Handle and segregate waste correctly, ensuring it is prepared for collection.
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as sweepers and scrubber-dryers, keeping all equipment clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Respond promptly to spillages and service requests on site.

Pay Rate: £13.44ph

Working Hours: Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off - shifts do not rotate. Permanent night Shifts: 7pm-7am, 12-hour shifts - Full Time Only.
