This is a hands-on customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, positive environment and has a genuine passion for wellness. You will be making coffees, smoothies, and organic juices, welcoming customers, keeping the space clean and beautiful, and contributing to a high-quality, uplifting customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve barista-style coffee, matcha, teas, and juices to a high standard
- Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the space running smoothly
- Represent the brand and values

- Barista experience (coffee skills essential, matcha experience a bonus!)

- A friendly, helpful attitude and confidence engaging with customers
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliability and flexibility with availability (including weekends)
- The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
