As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, setting the tone for their experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a smile
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
  • Handling administrative tasks with efficiency
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Providing information about our services and products
