Duties of the MOT Tester
- Conduct MOT testing on vehicles, primarily classes 4 and 7
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with current regulations and safety standards
- Perform vehicle inspections and accurately identify faults as an MOT Tester
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for each vehicle tested
- Support the workshop team with technical inspections and vehicle assessments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the testing bay
- Contribute to enhancing testing processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Valid MOT licence is essential, with proven experience in MOT testing
- Strong understanding of MOT requirements and testing procedures
- Experience with class 4 MOT testing is highly preferred
