Pay Rate: £14.31 per hour

Contract Length: 8 Weeks

Shift Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00, 5 days out of 7 (Weekend work included)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

  • Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the student accommodation site
  • Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues
  • Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
  • Supporting health & safety procedures across site
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set-up where required
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors
  • Responding to emergencies or on-site issues when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and proactive approach to work
