As Facilities Manager you will take overall responsibility for the effective delivery of facilities services across RCOG’s London premises. You will lead on both hard and soft FM services, ensuring the building is safe, compliant and operating efficiently, while providing an excellent workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day‑to‑day facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security and front‑of‑house services
  • Overseeing external contractors and service providers, ensuring high performance and value for money
  • Leading health & safety, compliance, and statutory obligations across the estate
  • Supporting space planning, office moves and project delivery
  • Monitoring budgets and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for facilities‑related queries from internal stakeholders
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar role within a corporate or membership environment
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in managing contractors and supplier relationships
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong organisational skills
