We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a key client account.

The role involves taking full ownership of operational and commercial performance, ensuring service excellence, strong stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement across the contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of FM services (hard & soft)
  • Manage P&L performance and drive profitability
  • Develop client relationships and ensure a 5-star service
  • Lead, motivate and develop site teams and supply chain
  • Identify opportunities for service innovation and growth
  • Ensure H&S compliance and operational best practice

About you:

  • Proven experience in FM Account/Contract Management
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • H&S qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) desirable
