Are you a proactive maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly? We are looking for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join the onsite facilities team on a foot mobile contract.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Location: Zones 1 & 2
- Travel card
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Your Day-to-Day
You will be the "go-to" person for all building fabric requirements. This is a hands-on role covering a variety of reactive tasks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Your responsibilities will include:
- Carpentry & Ironmongery: Adjusting door closures, fixing locks, and hanging doors.
- General Repairs: Replacing damaged ceiling tiles and flooring.
- Decoration: Patch plastering and touch-up painting to keep the site looking its best.
- Reactive Tasks: Responding quickly to various "handyman" requests from the client.
- Health & Safety: Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with site safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer or Handyperson in a commercial environment (hospitals, universities, or large corporate offices). NVQ in Carpentry, Plumbing or Painting ideal.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
