Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer/handyperson in SW London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site.
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) plenty of overtime available on site. £31,000 + company benefits. Large static site.
Responsibilities:- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Basic electrical - lamp/ballast changes
- Assembling furniture
- Basic Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
- Painting & Decorating preferred
