The role includes:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development across all seven areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Observe, assess, and track individual children's progress, maintaining accurate records and updating learning journeys in line with EYFS frameworks.
- Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication, sharing children's achievements and next steps.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to ensure every child receives tailored support and meets their early learning goals.
- Safeguard children's welfare and wellbeing in accordance with school policies and statutory EYFS requirements.
