A well‑established global freight forwarding organisation is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Operator to join their busy and growing international logistics team. The Role

As an Ocean Export Operator, you will be responsible for managing the full export process from booking through to final delivery. You will work closely with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient movement of cargo. You will play a key role in delivering a high level of service while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end‑to‑end ocean export shipments
  • Booking cargo with shipping lines and negotiating rates where required
  • Preparing and processing export documentation
  • Liaising with overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution
