Location: East London (Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Hackney, Enfield, Waltham Forest)

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Wet Trade Plasterer to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties. Role includes:

  • Plastering (skimming, patch work and rendering as required) as the main trade
  • Supporting with basic multi-trade tasks such as tiling and minor carpentry works
  • Completing works to a high standard while adhering to H&S guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience in social housing or residential maintenance
  • Strong plastering background with wet trade experience
  • Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app
  • A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
