Location: Solihull

Working Hours: Full Time or Part time - Both available - Summer Term from June 1st Until July 17th

Salary: £14.25 - £18.00 per hour

Are you an experienced School Administrator looking to make a meaningful contribution for the summer term, at a wonderful Solihull based Primary School? The school is flexible on full time hours 8.30am-3.30/4pm, or part time 8.30am - 12pm, term time for summer term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support across the school office.
  • Maintain and manage data using school operating systems such as SIMS and ORACLE.
  • Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and assist with safeguarding-related documentation.
  • Support the smooth operation of a busy school office, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and record management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a School Administrator, with substantial knowledge of safeguarding practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SIMS and ORACLE operating systems is preferred. Alternatively, a strong ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
  • Efficiency: Capable of working effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Background Checks: An Enhanced DBS Check is required. Candidates should either possess a current Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
  • References: Able to provide two recent references from previous employers.
