The practice offers a calm, unrushed environment where patient experience always comes first.
The role would suit an Optical Assistant with at least 3 years recent optical experience who enjoys dispensing, building relationships with patients, and working as part of a close-knit team.
Optical Assistant Role:- Fully independent Opticians with a strong focus on personalised care
- Supporting patients throughout the full dispensing journey
- Helping patients choose frames and lenses suited to their needs
- Adjustments, fittings, repairs, and collections
- Providing knowledgeable advice on eyewear and lens options
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
- Single testing room practice with a calm, unrushed feel
- Loyal, experienced team who genuinely support each other
- Practice open Monday to Friday only
- Working hours 9am to 5.30pm
- Flexible working pattern available
- Open to 3, 4 or 5 days per week
- £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
