As a Care Coordinator, your role is to assist the Registered Manager with organising the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring policies, training, supervision, and guidance are followed, supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives, and ensuring quality is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Support carers in the field
- Build good relationships with clients
- Basic office administration
- Organise weekly rota for the carers
- Conduct regular spot checks on the field
- Maintain office files, carers files, client files, and home folders
- Carry out client assessments with the Registered Manager
