Stick Care Agency is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care business based in Barking. As a Care Coordinator, your role is to assist the Registered Manager with organising the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring policies, training, supervision, and guidance are followed, supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives, and ensuring quality is paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Support carers in the field
  • Build good relationships with clients
  • Basic office administration
  • Organise weekly rota for the carers
  • Conduct regular spot checks on the field
  • Maintain office files, carers files, client files, and home folders
  • Carry out client assessments with the Registered Manager
  • Organise meetings with management

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification or higher
  • Relevant experience in the field of caring
  • Willingness to participate in the on‑call rota
  • Residing in surrounding areas
