Major Recruitment Huddersfield is currently recruiting for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join a well-established fabrication business known for producing high-quality products for a wide range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong fabrication and welding experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive and skilled team.
Main Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components to a high standard.
- Carry out MIG welding (TIG welding is desirable but not essential).
- Work accurately from technical drawings and specifications.
- Inspect finished work to ensure precision, quality, and durability.
- Follow company production processes and report progress as required.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven background in aluminium fabrication (experience with steel is advantageous).
- Skilled in MIG welding; TIG experience beneficial.
- Ability to interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
