Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with an experienced and motivated logistics professional to join a dynamic UK team, providing freight and on-site event support both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate shipping operations for events, both in the UK and internationally
  • Travel abroad as required for project support
  • Manage the complete logistics process from initial planning through to on-site execution
  • Maintain data accurately in line with GDPR regulations
  • Oversee project planning, control budgets, and handle all financial aspects of logistics
  • Utilise expertise in multimodal freight forwarding (minimum 3 years' experience)
  • Navigate and manage import/export customs procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Exhibition Freight Logistics
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Work in an organised, methodical, and detail-focused manner
  • Take initiative to solve problems and provide practical solutions
