Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager with a specialism in external envelope (roofing/cladding) on a large commercial project in Exeter.

Key Duties

  • Management of external works contractors
  • Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
  • Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
  • Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
  • Manage people in a proactive and effective manner

Requirements

  • Externals background, particularly within roofing and/or cladding
  • Experience within large commercial projects
  • SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
  • Knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work
