- Week 1: Nights - Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm-6:00am
- Week 2: Days - Monday to Thursday, 6:00am-6:00pm
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a beverage manufacturing site in Exeter. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out production tasks to meet quality and output targets
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Support line changeovers and cleaning activities
- Work closely with the wider production team to achieve shift targets
