Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Food Production Assistant to join a growing team based on the outskirts of Exeter. The role involves supporting the production process to ensure high-quality food products are prepared, packed and delivered to customers.
Key Duties
- Operate packing, bottling, cutting and weighing machines in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure products are packed and labelled correctly.
- Adhere to strict food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food production role is desirable but not essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and able to consistently lift weights.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
What We Offer
- £12.71 - £13.00 per hour.
