This well established and forward thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.
- Interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
- Contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
- Negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
- Co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
- Integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
- Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
