We are partnering with a scaling fashion brand who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Logistics Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing wholesale and logistics function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating logistics, administration, and operational processes to ensure exceptional wholesale service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support smooth order fulfilment, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment is highly advantageous, as the business values adaptability, initiative and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate wholesale and logistics administration to ensure efficient daily operations
- Support inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order tracking processes
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, couriers, and internal teams regarding shipments and deliveries
- Maintain accurate operational records, databases, and reporting documentation
- Assist with order fulfilment, invoicing, and customer service enquiries
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service standards
- Monitor logistics timelines and elevate any issues proactively
- Provide administrative support across operations and wholesale functions as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in logistics, wholesale operations, administration, or supply chain support
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and systems/database skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Advantageous
- Experience working within a start-up and/or scale-up business
- Experience in wholesale, e-commerce, fashion, retail, or logistics operations
- Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping platforms, or operational reporting tools
Salary: 30k - 35k. 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), which grows the longer you’re here – plus your birthday off. Health insurance, auto enrolment onto Medicash scheme, work phone and laptop provided. The option to join our pension scheme. Discretionary bonuses. Office parking permit available. 40% staff discount. Fridays currently work from home.
