Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well‑established manufacturing business based in Braintree, Essex. This is a hands‑on role combining production duties, inventory control, packing and shipping responsibilities, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating laser, thermal printing and CS-9018 cutting equipment
- Adjusting production priorities to meet customer requirements
- Carrying out quality inspections on work in progress and finished products
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Producing commercial invoices for international shipments
- Updating e‑commerce systems with tracking information and freight costs
- Managing specialist shipping processes for international customers
- Maintaining accurate stock and production records
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
