Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well‑established manufacturing business based in Braintree, Essex. This is a hands‑on role combining production duties, inventory control, packing and shipping responsibilities, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating laser, thermal printing and CS-9018 cutting equipment
  • Adjusting production priorities to meet customer requirements
  • Carrying out quality inspections on work in progress and finished products
  • Packing and dispatching customer orders
  • Producing commercial invoices for international shipments
  • Updating e‑commerce systems with tracking information and freight costs
  • Managing specialist shipping processes for international customers
  • Maintaining accurate stock and production records

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
