  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break per day)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin / Despatch Assistant to support our busy office and despatch operations. This is a varied role combining administrative duties with daily despatch responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
  • Handling daily despatch activities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries professionally
  • Responding to customer and internal queries via email
  • Carrying out general office administration duties as required
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Skills & Experience Required

  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good standard of English and Maths
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
