We are working with a well‑established container haulage company based in Immingham, looking to appoint a proactive and hands‑on Depot Manager to oversee their busy operation. The Role
As Depot Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the depot, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You will lead from the front, managing drivers, planners, and office staff, while maintaining high service standards for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring all deliveries and collections run efficiently
- Manage and support a team of drivers and office staff
- Ensure full compliance with transport regulations, including driver hours and vehicle maintenance
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and costs to drive operational improvements
- Build and maintain a cost efficient operation, driving customer retention and spend

Requirements
