Situated in a desirable leafy suburb in Essex, the practice is looking to welcome a Clinical Pharmacist into its well-established multi-disciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist seeking long-term stability within a progressive practice recognised locally for its commitment to quality improvement and innovation. There is also strong support for specialist interests and further development, particularly within areas such as Diabetes, Hypertension and Weight Management prescribing.

Salary: up to £66,972 per annum depending on experience

Your role:

  • Clinical Pharmacist
  • Full-time position 37.5 hours per week
  • Ideally an Independent Prescriber with previous Primary Care experience
  • Completion of, or currently undertaking, the CPPE Primary Care pathway
  • Duties include Structured Medication Reviews, polypharmacy management, clinical audits, repeat prescribing, medication reviews, discharge letter processing, and support with QOF and IIF targets
  • Predominantly telephone-based clinics
  • Work collaboratively alongside an experienced team of Clinical Pharmacists within the PCN
  • Encouraged and supported to develop specialist interests
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care throughout
