The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Impose a duty to monitor compliance with the environmental commitments provided in the EIA Report as well as the following (the EnvCoW works):

  • The Pre-Construction Ecological Survey under Condition 28;
  • The Construction Environmental Management Plan under Condition 18;
  • The Peat Management Plan under Condition 30;
  • The Habitat Management Plan under Condition 29;
  • Biodiversity Enhancement and Planting under Condition 4;
  • Species and Bird Protection Plans under Conditions 26, 27;
  • The landscape and planting plans under Conditions 5, 6 and 7.

Providing training to the developer and contractors on their responsibilities to ensure that work is carried out in strict accordance with environmental protection requirements.

Require the EnvCoW to report to the nominated construction project manager, developer and Planning Authority any incidences of noncompliance with the EnvCoW works at the earliest practical opportunity.

Undertake a pre-construction survey not more than 3 months prior to commencement of construction and as required throughout the duration of the project to protect the ecological resources within the site.

Maintains a Register of all inspections and audits, to include an inventory of all measures on the site, their effectiveness, as well as any advice provided.

Require the EnvCoW to submit a monthly report to the construction project manager, developer and Planning Authority summarising works undertaken on site.
