Location: Cleckheaton

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job Type: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday (1 Hour Lunch) - 37.5 Hours per Week

Stafflex are working with a leading business who are working with some of the country's biggest organisations to provide high-quality solutions. As a growing business, our client requires a team player who can contribute to their growing team to support their artwork team.

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer who is looking to kick‐start their design career, gain hands‐on experience, and learn from highly experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. You'll be working in a busy, fast‐paced artwork department, contributing to real client projects across a wide range of products. This role will give you opportunities to develop your creative skills and input ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt artwork for branded products and garments across multiple formats
  • Produce visuals, mock ups and proofs to support client presentations and internal teams
  • Prepare accurate, print‐ready artwork for production
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to refine designs
  • Support wider design projects such as campaigns, catalogues, and branding
  • Contribute creative ideas to support new business opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Essential)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly for print and artwork setup
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
  • Confidence and communication skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and willing nature to get involved where needed
  • Experience with Adobe Indesign (Desirable)
  • Exposure to AI tools, 3D design, photography, or video editing (Desirable)
