Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Enfield area. This role is 20 hours per week, delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a potential temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

Pay rate: £15.96ph PAYE - £20.61ph UMB.

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme. You will be responsible for assessing residents' daily needs and signposting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building, and reporting repairs.

Role Summary:

  • 20 hours per week (To be delivered between Mon, Tue and Wed)
  • This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
  • Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)
  • Based in Enfield
  • Previous Sheltered or supported Housing Experience is ideal.
