Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality compliance and advisory services.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for many clients and provide excellent client service with high quality employment tax compliance and advisory across a wide range of industries and sectors.
  • Recruit, supervise, and train junior staff.
  • Conduct detailed technical research and provide high-level advisory advice.
  • Assist the team leader with managing the team, business development, and reviewing junior colleagues' work.

Qualifications

  • CTA qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of employee expenses and benefits.
  • Experience in employment tax areas such as off-payroll working, share schemes, salary sacrifice schemes, National Minimum Wage, etc.
