United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is looking for a Sales & Lettings Lister / Negotiator based in Wanstead, E11. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant and outgoing personality, ready to engage in property sales across various ranges. This role encompasses everything from generating viewings to negotiating deals through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing properties
  • Maintaining client contact
  • Guiding clients through the lettings and sales process

A strong desire to succeed and excellent communication skills are essential. The position comes with long-term career prospects.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Fridays 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, and 9.30 am - 4.00 pm on Saturdays, with a day off during the week.
