Are you an Electronics Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of products as they move from development into manufacture? This is an opportunity for an Electronics Engineer to play a pivotal role in a newly formed NPI environment, shaping how complex electronics are industrialised and scaled.
As an Electronics Engineer, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring new PCB assemblies are designed for manufacture, assembly, and test using DFMEA principles
- Supporting electronics workstreams through prototype build, validation, and production release
- Defining inspection, test strategies, and production test methods for electronic assemblies
- Leading the development and improvement of automated test equipment and calibration solutions
- Providing hands-on support during NPI builds, including root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Driving improvements in manufacturing readiness, test efficiency, and build time reduction
Your experience will include:
- A Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven electronics design experience using PCB CAD tools such as Altium
- Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, and DFT principles
- Experience supporting products from prototype through to low or medium volume manufacture
- A solid understanding of PCB assembly processes, electronic integration, and production testing
