Overview
We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work across social housing properties in London. This is a great role for a qualified electrician seeking long-term stability, progression and excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing in social housing properties.
- Complete EICRs, remedials, fault finding, upgrades, first and second fix work.
- Work safely in line with BS 7671 and all electrical standards.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
Requirements
- Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
- AM2 qualification (Gold Card eligible).
- Experience in social housing, domestic maintenance, EICR testing or repairs (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong electrical safety and regulations knowledge.
Desirable
- City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification.
