A respected social housing provider is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their property services team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing homes across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, working in both void properties and occupied homes. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability, strong benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in local communities.

Your new role:

  • Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing
  • Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to a high standard
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Working across occupied and empty (void) properties
  • Participating in a call-out rota with additional payments
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents

What you'll need to succeed:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
