Temporary Electrician - York (YO41)

Location: York (YO41)

Duration: 2-3 weeks

Start Date: Tuesday 26th May

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Rate: Negotiable (PAYE only)

Role Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Installation works including power, lighting, and small upgrades
  • Fault finding and rectification across commercial systems
  • Minor remedial works following inspections and testing
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and site standards

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Strong electrical installation knowledge
  • Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

  • Full-time hours (8:00am - 4:30pm)
  • PAYE only (no CIS or self-employed payment options available)
