Electrical Site Managers / Supervisors Required – Preston Based
Our client, based in Preston, is currently looking for locally based Electrical Site Managers / Supervisors. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the office and willing to work away when required. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidates.
Scope of Work
- LED lighting and controls upgrades within court facilities
- Electrical upgrades to new cricket pavilions and associated buildings
- Working closely with clients and project teams on live projects
Shift Patterns
- Night Shifts: 4 x 12‑hour night shifts per week
- Day Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10‑hour shifts, with an early finish typically on Fridays
Required Qualifications
- ECS Card (essential)
- IPAF (desirable)
- PASMA (desirable)
- First Aid at Work (desirable)
- SMSTS / SSSTS (essential for management‑level roles)
Rates (PAYE)
- Site Supervisor / Approved Electrician:
- Days: £21.92 per hour
- Nights: £28.47 per hour
- Weekends: £32.37 per hour
- Site Supervisor with SMSTS:
- Days: £23.43 per hour
- Nights: £29.90 per hour
- Weekends: £34.17 per hour
Additional Pay
- Travel Time Rate: £12.50 per hour
