ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR / CONSTRUCTION LEAD - CENTRAL LONDON DATA CENTRE
UP TO 105K EQUIVALENT (LIMITED COMPANY) + CONSISTENT WEEKEND OVERTIME
I am currently partnered with a leading M&E contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Central London. Due to increased workload and programme demands, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take ownership of full floor plates across a large-scale live data centre scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term flagship project with strong earning potential, offering 10‑hour days Monday to Friday alongside consistent overtime opportunities available every Saturday and Sunday. Individuals working standard weekday hours are earning the equivalent of circa £77,500+ annually, with those working weekends regularly exceeding £100K+ equivalent earnings.
The role will involve managing full electrical installation packages across:
- LV distribution
- Lighting & lighting control
- Small power
- Electrical containment systems
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating 20-25 operatives across a floor plate
- Driving programme and ensuring quality of installation throughout delivery
- Managing construction sign‑off alongside QA teams
- Attending daily coordination and internal construction meetings
- Input into commissioning/CX meetings where required
- Issuing weekly progress updates
- Attending weekly EHS meetings
- Coordinating with senior site and project teams across the scheme
I am also keen to speak with experienced ITC & Security Supervisors with data centre experience to oversee:
- Containment systems
- ITC/security installations
- Coordination with integration leads and construction teams
- Management of 10-15 operatives across floor areas
I am keen to speak with individuals who have:
- Previous experience delivering data centre projects
- Strong background within M&E or Building Services contractors
- Experience managing large installation teams on fast‑paced projects
- Ability to manage programme, quality and health & safety simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working within structured QA and commissioning environments
