Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the South London - Sutton area who are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Manager to join their team.
Purpose of the Job
Working together to deliver homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational management and delivery of M&E works programmes and projects.
- Contract manage and monitor service providers delivering the M&E repairs, maintenance, and servicing contracts and ensure the client is statutory compliant in all aspects.
- Undertake pre and post inspections of works and servicing to monitor quality and ensure the service provider is meeting the contract specification or brief.
- Forecast annual budgets and manage monthly cash flow and expenditure to meet approved sums.
- Deliver a high quality and 'best in class' repairs service to customers demonstrated by high levels of satisfaction.
- Effectively manage relationships with key contract partnerships and supply chain to ensure contractual, procurement, statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Produce feasibility studies, options appraisals and technical advice on M&E and compliance related topics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Address complaints appropriately and within required timescales.
