We are seeking experienced Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor as well as experienced Warehouse Operatives, on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis.
Team Leader Hours: Monday to Friday, Midnight till 9am. Basic Annual Salary Pay Range: 33,000 to 35,000 (+ Bonus + Profit Share on top).
Warehouse and Forklift Operative Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm. Basic Annual Salary Pay Range: 27,000 to 29,000 (+ Bonus + Profit Share on top).
The successful candidates will have a proven warehouse background, transferable skills, used to working in a challenging environment and company, exceptional attention to detail in completion of customer orders, and a passion to go above and beyond, collaborating with other teams to get the job done, even if it is not a warehouse function.
If you want to be considered for the Team Leader position then you will need to have supervisory and team leader experience in a warehouse or workshop environment, otherwise you will only be considered for the warehouse and forklift operative position. If you have used a forklift previously but no valid training certificate or license, then we can still consider you for both positions, as full training/refresher courses will be offered.
Working hours are not amendable; if you are unable to commit to the shift patterns listed above then you will not be considered for the positions. Essentials:
- Must be eligible to work a full-time permanent role in the UK.
- Must be able to get to the site location and work the full shifts described.
- Must be able to complete physical duties, lifting and carrying up to 25KG.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) due to health and safety and stock inventory.
- Competent using stock inventory software systems.
- Must have a background as a warehouse operative.
- Team player and collaborator mindset.
- If you have worked in a workshop, then your transferable skills will also be valuable.
- Must be based in Southampton or surrounding SO postcodes.
