Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established business based in Chandler's Ford. Our client is looking for a temporary Purchasing Administrator/Coordinator to join our expanding team at our head office.
As an Administrator/Coordinator you will play a key role in managing stock allocation, purchasing, and general administration within a specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding new technicians using processes and internal systems
- Manage stock control for the warehouse team using specialist systems
- Handle a range of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Organize stock and uniforms for new starters and leavers
- Sourcing lockups for technicians
- Process technician-related stock requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a busy inbox and ensure timely responses to emails within agreed timeframes
- Allocate staff appropriately and raise requests for any discrepancies that may arise
- Communicate with technicians and various departments to manage stock requests and resolve any issues
- Complete general administration
- Liaising between third parties and stakeholders to manage various enquiries
- Strong administrative skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks
- Experience working under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Excel
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who is keen to take ownership of responsibilities
- A team player who can also work independently and take accountability for tasks
