What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Encouraging confidence and independent thinking
- Monitoring progress and supporting student achievement
- Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
- Differentiating lessons to support varying abilities
- Contributing to departmental development and planning
- Supporting students to reach their full academic potential
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
- Strong Mathematics subject knowledge
- Ability to motivate and engage learners
- Positive classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passionate and proactive teaching approach
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
