We are looking for experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who want to be part of something purposeful from day one. Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to help them achieve the best possible outcomes
- Working closely with teaching staff to adapt and deliver learning activities
- Providing support with personal care, medical needs, and moving & handling (training provided if needed)
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting assessments and exams when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a SEND or specialist school environment
- A calm, confident, and flexible approach
- Someone who can bring consistency and compassion to every day
- Willingness to be hands-on and proactive across a range of responsibilities
