The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the home. You will provide leadership and guidance to the care team while ensuring residents receive compassionate, person‑centred support at all times.

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff during shifts
  • Delivering exceptional, person‑centred care to residents
  • Supporting residents with daily routines and individual needs
  • Administering medication (training provided if required)

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior care role within a care home setting

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Medication training (desirable but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
